Resilience Leadership team building events are about helping teams and individuals to understand self-awareness of our human design and utilizing social influence to improve team performance. We offer dynamic learning workshops where the group learns to Anticipate, Monitor, Respond and Learn as individuals and as a team to achieve a common strategic goal. This is accomplished through an individual human machine experience, a team problem solving challenge, and a strategic planning session, to enhance the understanding of the challenges every organization faces to succeed as a team.
